FRESH ON THE BOAT Besides the interior that resembles a boat cabin, albeit one with a full selection of spirits, wines, and beers, there’s nothing particularly striking about the Boathouse. However, let us tell you what is great: the waterfront view, al fresco patio, atmosphere, and the food and drink menu. A popular weekend destination, you’ll usually find a refreshing mix of tourists, expats, and people fresh from spending a day on Stanley Main Beach. The bar staff pride themselves on their rather excellent Boathouse Bloody Mary ($60), which is probably why it’s a common order most Sunday afternoons.
